Our mission centers on empowering individuals and teams to construct a suite of AI tools that effectively optimize their workflow. Cortex is a subsidiary of Kinesys AI.

About Kinesys

Kinesys AI functions as a research and development enterprise, potentially producing various tools beyond Cortex in the future. At present, our primary focus is on Cortex.

Job Responsibilities

As a DevOps Engineer at our organization, you will:

  • Manage and automate deployments using Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Utilize cloud services like AWS and GCP for resource management and scaling.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient development workflows.
  • Enforce best practices for version control using Git.
  • Monitor system health, performance, and security with tools like Datadog.
  • Plan and execute roll-back strategies for code deployments.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and management teams to meet deployment deliverables.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Kubernetes (k8s) & Docker: Solid understanding of container orchestration and containerization.
  • AWS & GCP: Proficiency in using cloud services for deploying, monitoring, and managing applications.
  • Version Control: Hands-on experience with Git or other version control systems.
  • Monitoring: Experience with system data monitoring using tools like Datadog or similar.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues across the entire stack.

Bonus Points for:

  • Scripting skills in languages like Python, Bash, or Shell.
  • Experience in managing databases, both relational and NoSQL.
